How much expressed milk for 7 month old?

Im still breastfeeding DD1 who is 7 months old and yesterday she succeeded in drinking 40 mls of my expressed milk from an avent sippy cup.

Just wondering if anyone can roughly guess what quantity of milk would fill her up for a feed? Would it be approximately like those 260ml bottles?

Ive never left her with anyone so now that shes finally drinking out of a sippy cup I get to have a little break.

How much does she weigh?
The formula for working out feeds is as follows, weight 5kg times 150mls per kg = 750 divided by the number of feeds in 24 hours, say 6 = 125ml. This will vary from baby to baby obviously. As my DS has special needs his dietician put him on 180mls per kg but I beleive the norm is 150.
