GOOD!!!
A good friend just got back from NZ and bought me over a stash of Mellowpuffs, Gingernuts, Moro's and Pineapple Lumps!!
Is there any shops near you that sell 'kiwi' food items??

i miss lift plus!!!
we have a kiwi shop about 10 mins away, but a can of lift plus is $4... in NZ its $1.50... rip off... so i only buy it when im totally desperate for a taste of home Valentine

I love NZ food, whenever my friend goes over there she always brings me back LOTS of goodies!
I especially love Cookie time bikkies.. omg *drool*:p
There is a shop at Ashmore City and a milk bar in Coombabah and a stall at the Carara Markets that sell Kiwi Stuff.
I was at the Carrara Markets a few weeks back, and there is a person selling NZ products... I bought a packet of Edmonds Baking Powder! LOL...
Oh, and my brother lives in Forest Lake and there is a little shop there that sells a few kiwi items eg: Rashuns, Thins, Moro, Perky Nana's etc. They also have Edmonds cookbooks!

Big Gun greengrocer in Logan Rd, Underwood has a good supply of all of those :)

You can buy Pineapple Lump bars at Night Owl... They cost about $2.30 though!!

I know!!! i used to LIVE on lift plus - everytime someone comes to visit from NZ im like liftplus and glo hearts please :D lol mmmmmmmmmmmm

When I was pregnant I had massive cravings for the orange flavoured ones, then we moved to Australia and I could never find an orange one!

My favourites...toffee pops, I ate the last one from our packet on Sunday!! yum yum
we have peanut slabs and rashuns in the cupboard, pineapple lumps and pinky bars in the freezer and cadbury fruit and nut in the fridge....YUMMMMMM
How good is NZ cadbury???

Its because the milk comes from our GRASS fed cows in NZ:laughing:

I think thats what all us kiwis miss the most, is the FOOD! Im up North Bris and we have a garage that sells a few things as well, Moro bars are the one!! I looked up that kiwi fine foods site and Im soooo going there!! They have Glo Harts! Luv that lollie. It is expensive but to get that taste of whatever is way worth it. We spend a good $100 at the garage and we only come out with a few things but like i said, its worth it!
mmmm, now Im hungry. Gonna have to make a trip there this week :D
