Green Triangle/Limestone Coast 'hubbers?

Whereabouts are you? DH and I just bought a block of land at Glencoe (bit lower than the green triangle I think technically speaking) and our new transportable house should be delivered approx July next year! So depending where you are we might be near you soon!!

Woops! just looked up Sherwood on a map and realised I am alot further south than you, sorry :(. But still, if you were ever looking to catch up we could always meet in the middle at Naracoorte or something!

I just found this old thread and thought I'd bump it back up to the front page and try and find some fellow limestone coast bub hubbers to come join me in here.

I know a few of us have been chatting in the general rural SA thread but that seems a bit unfair to the rest of SA so when i get a chance I'll come and find some of you and redirect you here if anyone's interested? :thumbsup:

Glencoe! I'm sure I've been there. Nice area down there :) It'd be great to catch up in Naracoorte some time, I don't go there often but I do go there a few times a year. Yay! :D

Hi mumofcuties :wave: the_queen lives at Sherwood which is east of Keith and North West of Bordertown (off the Dukes Highway) I believe.

We just had good news today... Our finance has finanally be officially approved and the contrusction of our house will now start in a week or 2 :smiliedance: So our house in GLencoe should be ready around mid to late june! A whole month earlier than first thought :flowerz:

No plans to meet a Naracoorte just yet, but hoping that will change in the near future! We'll keep in touch :thumbsup:

im about 28ks south of keith towards naracoorte weve actually just put the house on the market and have brought a block in naracoorte and are planning on building a house there. glenco is a nice place ive been there a couple of times i also go to the mount every now and then so mabey we could meet up there ( i think thats closer)

:smiliedance: We just heard that our house will be arriving approx June 12th! :yelclap: But there's heaps of stuff that have to be done to it once it's on site before we can move in so we aren't moving til late July at this stage. But soon I'll be able to come along to any get togethers etc. and meet some of you lovely ladies :thumbsup:

Well it's finally happening! 1 more week until we move from Adelaide to the South East. So much to do before we can leave though - and the packing :eek: OMG - how much does that s*ck!!

Also I'm a bit over 21 weeks pregnant now so that's making it even harder - can't lift stuff - getting a sore back from bending and packing all the time. Luckily DH has been on annual leave and doing so much for me. Sadly he went back to work today for his last week. He finishes up this Friday then starts his new job the following Wednesday. Not much time to actually move in between :no:

Can't really complain though.... We were down there a couple of weeks ago for a week and DH had a couple of interviews. He got offered both jobs :smiliedance:

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi to everyone again and let you know what I've been up to. I've arranged dial up internet to be connected a few days after we get there - but after having broadband for about 3 or 4 years, I'll admit I'm a bit nervous. But once again - can't complain as I could be getting no internet at all if DH had his way :D

Hope everyone else is well? Obviously all busy too as no-one has posted in here for such a long time!
