Is Lavender safe to sprinkle in the same room as baby sleeps in?

Thanx in advance

If bub will stay still for you, a massage with some sweet almond oil that has a couple of drops of lavender in it before bed is sure to ensure a good nights sleep.
If you also add a little chamomile essential oil the effect is even better. Make sure the oils you use are high quality though, not fragrances.
Well done LBB!
I never even thought of doing that but might have to try it soon.

I use lavender all the time. We use it in bubs evening bath - it helps to relax her (and me) just make sure you always dilute it lavender needs a carrier oil when using it in the bath (i put a bit of Q.V oil) this helps to disperse it. I found almond oil to be too slippery. I also mix a couple of drops with some sorbolene for any bites or cratches also as a mozzie repellant. I love lavender!
