What to expect

Hi,
our first baby is due at the end of January. Next Friday I have an appointment in the hospital to meet the midwife etc. But I really don't know what to expect with this visit? Have asked the husband to accompany me. What will they tell me? What should I ask them?
I am so scared - just two month to go .... I can't believe that we will have a baby :D.

In answer to your question, I had my midwife app 2wks ago and she basically just asked me a lot of questions about previous labours, discussed my medical problems and talked about PND which I haven't have but was good to talk about.

She also showed me which entrances to use at different times of day/night.

Its also a time when you can discuss a birth plan and find out what policies the hospital has on c/s, cord clamping etc and get any of your worries out.
