Hi to all,
I thought that I would just tell you all a little about myself. I'm a mother of 2 beautiful boys the first is Angus and he is 4 years old and the second is Caleb and he is 2 years old.
Angus was born naturally with not even a graze and in just under 8 hours in the end it was 1 push and catch!! But no one was ready for him, my husband and his mum thought that they were just going to see the head crown but they saw the lot. The midwives weren't ready, 1 was out of the room getting stuff and the other was at the end of the bed. He weighed 7 pound 9 ounces. I had a bad pregnancy though, I was in and out of hospital for the first 20 weeks with really bad morning sickness, well all day sickness.
Caleb was a different story, I was in labour for 2 days before they decided that he was stuck and in destress so they had to do a c-section. He weighed 11 pound 2 1/2 ounces. Thank god he got stuck!! I had my usual all day sickness but only had it for about the first 15 weeks I think. But like the first I was in and out of hospital with it.
We are now hoping to go back for a third to try for a girl, but as long as it is healthy it wouldn't really matter what it is.

:D
Well, that is about all I can say, but if anyone wants to know more feel free to ask. Or if anyone has stories about VBAC.
Hope to chat again soon.

Hi Katherine!
I thought the second labour was suppose to be quicker than than the first but no wonder Caleb got stuck that's the biggest baby I've ever heard of!
Good luck trying for number three, I'm expecting my first any time now and with any luck I'll have a labour like yours with Angus :D
Look forward to chatting with you!

Hi Katherine,

Welcome!! I have 1 little boy Shannon who was 2 and my second is due on 31 May. I too was hoping for a smaller baby and easier delivery this time - doesn't sound like its always the way though!!

Good luck with trying for a little girl!!
