DS keeps grabbing at his ear, and he was a bit grizzly this afternoon... I think I remember reading the when babies grab their ear it could be this, am I right?

It does sound like teething. My little one does this when she is teething and she gets cranky too. Does bub have a temp? If so it could be an ear infection.
