:hugs: Only 2 hours sleep? How dreadful! That must be hard :(
Do you have a night time sleep routine so that you bub knows that it's time to sleep? Do you think she has so much energy because she is overtired and becomes hyper? Maybe she needs to be put to bed earlier so that she doesn't get overtired? (Seems like it is just a vicious cycle at the moment because she isn't sleeping!)
How do you put her to sleep? Does she fall asleep on her own?
What are her day sleeps like? Does she take a good afternoon nap?
I hope you can find a solution soon!
Natalie has two sleeps a day. morning and afternoon. i haave tried to put in a set sleeping pattern but when she goes to her dads she is just thrown out. i sleep like a log when i get the chance. she sleeps on her own with her dummy and her teddy. i have tried given her a messarge b4 bed but that hasn't helped. i start getting really frustrated with her:hair::confused:

Aww don't stress, I am sure you will work out something.
Is there a way to get her dad to follow your routine as well? I am sure he feels the same when she is with him because he must be getting equally as tired!
Maybe you could co-sleep with her? I know it would be even more difficult if she is awake all night, but you could give it a try. She might see you sleeping and do the same?
How long are her day sleeps? A lot of the time the night sleep depends on how much sleep bubs are getting in the day too..
