hiya Charlach I'm a sorta southern highlands mum .... that is to say half the week I reside in Bargo and my kids go to daycare here so I think I fit the bill.

I was beginning to think that the highlands were not represented in this chat group so ...... :smiliedance: WELCOME

Was in Wollongong last night, it reminded me of what it was like living there, I'm sooo glad I got outa there!!!!!

I'm trying to figure out why there are so few mums on here from the highlands as the EC nurse who came out the other day said their has been a baby boom in the area. hmmmmmm

So how old are your kid/s?


I have a 4yr old boy, 2 yr old girl and a newborn boy. enough to keep me busy.!!

My baby boy is almost 8 months old.

There's apparently a lot of mums around Robo but all of them are in their 30's or 40's, living in expensive houses, and being 24 and renting I wasn't really welcome :rolleyes: snobs :shame:

Weird because in my prenatal classes we were the oldest couple!!! most other women in my group were in their teens.

Horses, showjumping, livestock, pets, fruit and veg, art and craft, gardening, historic bike and car display, push bike races, Bullock demonstrations, potato sack races, post splitting, wheelbarrow races, egg/gumboot throwing, ute pull, chariot race, ride on lawnmover racing, haystacking, husky sled pulling, demolition derby, fireworks...... the list goes on!!!!!!!!!

(:D and even better, it's 5 houses away from our house!!!!!)

Hi all, I have an 18 month old son and one on the way, due 30th April! Phew
I had trouble finding a mothers group in the highlands so ended up going to Tahmoor.

Have all you southern highlands mums heard that the new shopping centre at welby will be hopefully open before xmas this year! No more having to go to Campbelltown or Narellan, yah.
