Also, anyones (.)(.)s not getting bigger?? Mine are still tiny and not sore at all! Blah! I'm not complaining - honest - just worries me sometimes is all!
Cant wait for my scan so I can see all is ok!!
Oh and I am 8+4 today...

Sorry, no sympathy from over here. Symptoms all over the place. (.)(.) look like circus freak knockers. Like BIG DARK BULLS-EYES! Wierd stuff...Weren't small to begin with either but hey, at least they're getting somewhere to rest soon!

When is your first scan though Fluffball? I am going to get referral for mine tomorrow but feel ripped off when I hear others getting scans at 8 wks. I know each Dr does it differently but I JUST WANT TO SEE IT! Or at least hear a heart beat. Are you the same? Just eager to hear or see SOMETHING?! That is worse than any symtoms at the moment. I am 8+5 today so we're pretty much even. Also want scan as I've heard of people getting bumped back or forward a week and if that's going to happen, I'd rather it happen sooner than later.

My first scan isnt until 17/12. So far away still! :thumbsdown:
I noticed last night that I get nausea when I go to bed... must be something about being horizontal...

I just wish I had some symptoms that let me know all was ok with bubs! I am paranoid I am going to get to the scan on the 17th and they tell me there is nothing there or it didnt make it or something.

Hi Fluffball,

Let me guess - you've missed two periods? There is a symptom right there! I remember when we were trying, each month just before my period was due I would imagine symptoms. Look for them and they may be subtle but they are there. The horizontal nausea is a great starts - it just means you're lucky! :)

From what I recall, you are the skinny little one in the pics on the other thread. My tum looks exactly like yours in the morning when I wake up too so it's normaly if you're not showing either. Don't forget everyone is different. A friend of mine recently congratulated me for missing a second period. Even if we're not 12 weeks just yet or haven't yet had a scan, each day is still a milestone of it's own!

Oh and another wise woman told me on another thread to wait for the belly and all the rest to come later on down the track. Enjoy it now because she said it will most certainly come but enjoy being slim for now while we can!

Keep me updated. I'll let you know how I go with my appointment later on.

Oh and don't wish bigger (.)(.)'s on yourself - they only hurt when you run up and down stairs!

Hi Fluffball - I am 8.3 weeks today and have very sore boobies and queezy 24/7 and :barf: this morning. Not happy! I am also extreeeeeeeeemely tired! I could sleep all day I think!

I wish I had no symptoms at all! But I remember when I didnt and I was wishing for them! Vicious cycle!

I had a scan at what I thought was 7.4 weeks but was told I was only 6.3 weeks. But saw the baby's heart beat. Was so good! I have another scan on 15/12. Very exciting.

I was also congratulated on missing my second period :smiliedance: how bizarre, cute but funny! Not long to go really till 12 weeks. But I bet it crawls like a bloody snail!!

i am 8+2 weeks today and i have my 12 week scan on the 17th too.
i had my dating scan and they also put me back a week.
it still hasn't sunk in that i will be a mum again even though i have had symptoms and m/s.

i am more worried as to how i will cope with 2 babys, im sure i will be fine but trying to divide my time to give both kids equal attention will be hard.

Evening all,

Went to Dr's appointment today (8wks+6) and got referral for NT Scan in 3 wks. Picked my hospital and got the name of the obs I've been referred to. And that was it. Does anyone else feel ripped off when Dr just touches tum and that's it? I know there's nothing more to do but it seems so exciting going to the appointment and then it's over and nothing exciting has happened. Not expecting baby to stick it's hand out and wave hello or anything but..... well it WOULD BE NICE! C'MONNNN GIMME SOMETHING!!!! :banghead:

I know... Neurotic. Feel sick, just ate dinner and am STARVING again already. I did however make a freshly squeezed juice (oranges, lemon and puree'd pineapple with lots of ICE - YUMMO!). :thumbsup:

How are the rest of the pg ladies today? Hope you are all feeling well. :wave:
