We are probably going overboard - Again. We did with Dd for the last 2 years, and have said we must tone it down, but i get so carried away buying stuff.

Santa is bringing Nick a leap pad learning table (got it cheaper at the July sales), a few books, some trucks, pirate ship bath toy, a little people bike thing that he pushes with his feet & the fisher price bird bath to go with the learning house that DD got for her 1st christmas.

I have promised myself that I will stop buying things now, as I have everything for DD too (mostly Dora stuff  ) so let's hope i stick to it! :fingerscrossed: He really doesn't need a heap of stuff as we have so much from DD's christmas/birthdays, the toy room is overflowing already!

I'd love to go crazy but we just don't have the $ at the moment.

We are getting a frog bath toy, a few books, some clothes and a wiggles DVD.

Dh and I are having a break from the ott family christmas get together this year.
We are just spending the day togeter (dh, me and the squigs) so I don't have to stress about buying presents and the whole drama.

So Santa is not stopping by our place this year. Squigs is way to young to care about it now anyway.

Kaidayn is getting:

A walker/ride on Lion.

A sounds and lights mobile phone.

2 plush story books that are shaped like cars.

An amazing animals train.

So far Hayley has a couple of cheap dvds (My Little Pony, Care Bears from memory), an art activity set (with playdough, paints, stencils etc), some books, cars, a car play mat for her bedroom, playing cards like memory/snap.

Skye got an early Xmas present of SIL (a baby swing) and she loves it. I have gotten Skye some books, bath toys, blocks and thats about it atm.

Also the girls have an indoor tent/cubby that they can share too.

All up (so far) we have spend under $100 between them but I buy things on special and throughout the year. I know peeple who spend thousands of $$$ for each child.

Annalise is getting a dinosaur thing with blocks, a rocking horse and something else...I can't remember cos it's wrapped up already  Um, it's about 50cm long by about 30cm wide, it's a box, got something IN the box, it rattles. Yeah I dunno. We got them at the target toy sale in June, all up I think we spent about $150 on her. Mum bought her a high chair and I am hoping my dad buys her a play pen or stroller.
