Hi ladies,
I have recently begun study as a Student Doula with Optimum Birth. As apart of my training am i required to attend 3 births. If you are interested in having a Doula take care of you during this special time, my details are as follows:

About Me:
I'm a 23 year old mum of 2 little girls, Colby and Briley. I love children, being pregnant and when i am not pregnant, being all around it. The only experience i have in birth attending to date, are my own. With 2 completely different pregnancies, labours and deliveries, i feel confident enough to care for, assist and support other women during their own special time.
Philosophy on Birth:
In my opinion, there is a right or wrong way to give birth. Every woman is different and they should have the right to give birth in the best possible way they know how, in a calm safe and reassuring environment. Women deserve to be able to make informed choices and be supported in them. Pregnancy and birth are special times and women should feel completely supported and comfortable throughout.
What I can Offer:
I am here to provide positive support, comfort and encouragement throughout your pregnancy and labor. I can also offer advice and support during the early days with your new baby. I am open to and supportive of any ideas and intentions you may have for your baby's birth. As well as being a source of information if you'd like to find out more about your options.
