Hope that todays announcement is a mistake and no-one has used someone else's photo...

Please don't be discouraged, we just want the comp to be fair and fun. So if people aren't playing quite by the rules we'd rather just start afresh and make sure eveybody contributes in the right spirit.

I googled it and found it on Google Images. It's sad that people can't stick to the rules, even on such a friendly, supportive forum like Bub Hub. :no:

Edit added: This was AFTER I saw that the photo comp had been closed.

can we still keep the same photos when the comp reopens? And will it be the same theme?

Pleeeease let us use the same photos and theme!! tis xmas after all;) maybe just ban the person who did it from the comp? Rather than everyone else having to pay for it.

I would like to be able to keep my one as my son is quite excited about his idea for the photo....
I took soooooooooooo many to get the right one...
I have them all so i could choose another i suppose...

It's a shame but 'rules' are 'rules'.... Let's forgive and forget about the 'entry' in question and look forward to the comp re-opening...

Hi Photographers. Thanks for entering the last round of the photo comp. I understand you all went to a lot of trouble to take and enter photos for the comp, but unfortunately due to the dishonesty we are going to have to make that round void.

I will start up a new round now. Stay tuned. :yes:
