Lol, I love this thread! Hahaha... We were pretty excited here to get the red bin too. About time!!! We were filling the half side of the yellow bin when it was just the two of us, now with the munchkin we fill it by Sunday!!! (Our collection day is Wednesday) Roll on February!!!

I actually find it funny there is one person on the coast who is holding their own 'one man protest'... he won't bring his bin in because he reckons the yellow one is enough... :rolleyes:

It's the one for garbage only.. starting next year.

Currently we only have one bin (yellow, normal big size of a sulo) and it's seperated in half - garbage and recycling.

It'll be great cause I seem to overflow the garbage like most people... Oh and after christmas/birthdays with packaging in the recycling! sheeeesh... wish I could use the Reddy this christmas! hehe

Who put out their divided yellow bins for pick up?

There are heaps around this area, and the council don't seem to be interested in picking them up! lol Bunch of yellow bins down every street that have been there for a couple of days ...


...The suckiest part is, I should've watched the DVD because then I might have remembered! I'm one of the losers with a yellow bin still waiting :laughing:

wow that would be crazy having only half a bin for garbage & half for recycling...we would fill that soo quickly here that it would end me insane :p haha we sometime manage to still fill both out green garbage bin plus our blue lid recycling bin!!

Enjoy the bins & make the most of it while it still smells fresh as a daisy lol :D

apparently here in Bendigo(VIC) we are meatn to be getting the smaller ones for our standard bin and the large sulo one that we already have to use for garden waste!! haha you victorians have fun with that! coz i wont be here :yelclap: :laughing:

thats right girlie laugh it up now :laughing: but when things change over in perth then we will see who will be laughing haha but that wouldnt be too bad anyway as long as we have any bin im happy with that coz we will just jam more **** in it ;)
