UTI...drink lots of water to try to flush those nasty bacteria out of your system. You can buy some Ural sachets from your chemist which should help neutralize that acidity when you head to the toilet for a pee.

Yep...wee after sex. Drink cranberry juice/have cranberry tablets. Use ural sachets.

If all else fails, head to the doctor and get some antibiotics. If you don't get it seen to, it can develop into further infection which can sometimes result in needing to remove a kidney! :eek:

Found this out when I had one for a LONG time and after months and months finally went to the doctor... found there was a LOT of pus in my kidneys... (I only went to the doctor because I kept having pain in my lower back)... and if left untreated it could have meant pretty bad damage in my kidneys, and one (or both?) of them would need to be removed! EEK!

So head to the doctors...

Get some Ural sachets from the chemist.

They work miracles when I have UTI's

ETA: Definately treat it quickly because as Stacey said it can lead to kidney infection. It happened to me many years ago and one of my kidney's failed.
