Thanks for your reply. Yeah we would love to catch up for a play date or just a motherly chat. My sister works Mon - Fri in the city so weekends would probably be easier. And me - I have no wheels and find it hard getting out to Epping or wherever from Tullamarine - Transport around here isnt that good.

Hey! unfortunately I cannot really do weekends, as that is the only time DH gets to spend with DD and he works early - late during the week.

I live in doncaster east, which is North-east area. If I drop my husband to work I can have a car and so can drive anywhere to Heidelberg, greensborough.. where ever really. Weekeneds arnt really good for me either as DH is home on sat. Sunday how ever he isnt in the mornings.

Im keen on meeting some other mums, Id really like to make some friends in the area!! do coffee, chat ect.. and maybe even graduate to BBQ'S ect!

Some great places I know of are- Lower eltham park, meet at rarebears or fantasy land or another park something like that. Even can go into the city if most would prefer and meet at a cafe for a coffee.. Im not fazed and flexible to anything pretty much!

Hi All,

I have just moved from Brissy to Rosanna, am 6 month along and have no friends/family down here.:(

At the risk of not sounding too desparate, I would love to catch up for coffee and chat with other pregnant women/mums who have free time during the week (weekends are only time I get to spend with DH).

I will have a car on Friday and am happy to travel a few suburbs as this will help me get to know the area.
