....out of my arms!!!

Yesterday felt like the day from hell. I was so tired since i already have a two yr old to run around after then Jordyn decides she's not going to sleep at all if im not holding her. Every time i would lay her down she would wake instantly and cry. Its very out of character for her, usually i can lay her down and she will fidget a bit and then fall asleep nicely.....but not yesterday. She was even waking up after 5 minutes of being asleep in my arms

As much as i love to cuddle my baby girl, i also need at least 10 minutes to myself to get things done. Poor Elise missed out on so much of me yesterday, i felt so bad towards her :(

Last night to just go to bed i let her sleep on my chest. I finally got her asleep at midnight after having a breakdown to my DH. (out of tiredness). I'm all for bubby being in our bed (even though she has a cot)....but when she wont feed properly and keep pulling off and cracking up and not having wind ( i winded her for at least half an hour to see if that was her problem) a person starts to feel helpless, irritated and .......(you know all the rest of those discriptive words i cant think of at 6.30am)

This morning, she fell asleep after having her booby juice, i let her sleep in my arms for 5 minutes then i laid her in the cot....she woke instantly. This time i just left her there though. Elise needed breakfast. After about 10minutes of not crying and not sobbing but making some strange sound she finally drifted off to sleep. My lordy she needs it, what 13wk old baby can stay awake for so long without sleeping.

Im hoping today is a better day for all of us :fingerscrossed:

Thanks for listening to my ranting (i hope it made sense lol)....its good to get it out off my chest!!!

Thanks for your reply

Shes been asleep for a whole 40 minutes now :smiliedance:

Even if it was 1/2hr sleeps that would do me just fine, but holding a baby ALL day can wear a person down
