Lamb Leg Roast question??

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me if I pulled out a Lamb Leg Roast on saturday night and defrosted it in the fridge, would it still be okay to roast tonight????

We were meant to have it on Sunday but we got home too late to cook it???

What do you think??

If it was frozen fresh, soon after you bought it, then it would probably be ok. Otherwise not sure, if you're in doubt then maybe don't risk it.

Should be fine. They usually take a while to defrost out on the bench and probably needed the entire day yesterday in the fridge

Yes it will defiently be fine....Its only been 2 days!!

Its also been in the fridge yeah?? So its not like its temperature has gone form hot to cold to hot IYKWIM

i reckon if it was defrosted in the fridge then it should be ok. maybe call a butcher and ask them ???
