Has anyone got a yummy recipe for this? :chef:
I was also going to do a creamy tomato sauce to pour over it so I am guessing you would just add cream to the sauce  Right
Thanks x

Here are some recipes I found online at my new fave website (apart from BH:p ).

http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/8306/hearty+italian+cannelloni

The last one you could ignore the rice sheets though.

Maybe just follow the parts for a meat sauce, then make your own creamy tomato sauce?

You could also just use a basic bolognaise sauce:

to stuff it with and then make your own sauce... adding a bit of cream to your tomato sauce should make a creamy tomato sauce... or you can buy creamy tomato sauces pre-packed... epsecially in the cold section near the tortellini and such...

Perfect Sass, I like the first one & I did not even think to buy a premade creamy tomato sauce  that will leave me more time to concentrate on making the peppermint slice :D

I know you asked yesterday but since I wasnt online.....here is what I make

Steam chicken, allow to cool....

Mix together riccotta cheese, shredded chicken, baby spinach, and slightly roasted pinenuts....sometimes I add a sundried tomato and basili pesto, or even thinly chopped sun-dried tomatoes!

Cook cannaloni as per instructions, allow to cool, and stuff with the chicken mix!

Place side by side in a greased oven dish, pour over a creamy white sauce-I make my own (even creamy tomato sauce premade or bought from shop) and top with grated cheese!

Bake in the oven...

So deliscious!
