I am making crumbed chicken tenderloins and just went to crumb them but I have no eggs! What else can I use to make the crumbs stay on the chicken?

I was going to suggest water and flour too but milk and flour sounds just as good. :D

I put my chicken in a bit of flour, then mayonnaise then breadcrumbs - it is sooooooo yum!:thumbsup: :yes:

I know this is way too late, but we use milk as ds is allergic to egg. Tastes just fine.

we use milk sometimes too :) We're having home made nuggets for dinner..something for the kids cos its alexs bday dinner as he stayed at his mums last night. I've got a scrummy dessert ready too lol
