As the title says and if so did you see any difference? Like in health wise or behaviour wise? thanks:)

My 3 eldest are vaccinated. Up until thus far they have had more than their fair share being sick. Gastro numerous times, flu, runny noses, viral infections and ear aches. DS1 was hospitalised with bronchiolitis at a few weeks old and DS2 had a severe case of chicken pox a few weeks after he was born. DD1 caught a very mild dose of it from DS2 and DS1 didn't catch it at all. Neither one of them have had the Varicella jab. DD2 has aspergers - If that is relevant to your question or not I'm not sure.

Dakota (17months) hasn't had any shots and has only had a runny nose on two occasions. Otherwise she is happy and healthy.

DS Has been fully vaccinated (except for the chicken pox vax)
He has been hospitalised 3-4 times and when he gets a cold he doesnt just get a cold he gets a chest infection etc etc
he has allergies and is very sensitive

DD has only had her 2mth needles, she is 8mths
she was a very healthy bub ie no signs of allergies
but after the first needle she got very sick and needed anti biotics
I havent gone back for her other needles yet and she is healthy and happy

Im just not sure if I want to get the rest of her needles I suppose i better decide soon huh

I dont know if that helps you:)

thanks for your replies:)

I guess im wondering if they end up being healthier not being vaxed?

I have heard of many stories that their kids that haven't been vaxed never get sick eg. colds, gastro.

I always thought that they HAD to catch colds to build up there immunity.

but then again your immunity is low if you are constantly getting sick

iykwim

when my son was in daycare he was always getting sick and had a very low immune system

my dd is never sick so im assuming her immune system is healther

I think that it is hard to know which kids will get sick, my kids vaxxes are all over the place, only 3 out of my 9 kids have had the chicken pox vax, the same for menigococcal vax, but after saying that, I have a 2 and a half yr old who has been vaxed fully, and he has very severe eczema, and he is allergic to egg, rice and tomatoes, he also has to have an epipen, but my other son who is 21mths old, who has been vaxed fully never gets sick at all, not even one cold, so I don't know why some kids get sick all the time.

My first is partially vaxxed, my second won't be at all. I think its hard to make a comparison for me, because the first was in daycare and the second won't be, which makes a huge difference.

That said, I believe that vax-ing wreaks havoc on a little persons immune system, so would expect that a non-vaxed child would have a healthier immune system.

My DS#1 was fully vaccinated and by the time DD arrived (2 years later) the schedule had a few more vaccines added to it. I was becoming disillusioned with the way the schedule was laid out by that stage and the sheer number of needles containing such a high quantity of vaccine in each that I backed off as DD grew. Her final ones were at 18 months. Neither of them have had any that have been added to the schedule such as meningicocal or chicken pox etc...

DS has been partially vaccinated. Living on a farm means we have a higher exposure to things such a tetanus, so he received the first three that contained that. I was very hesitant at the time and after the 3rd lot, we made the firm decision for no more.
