I am using cotton wraps (old sheets) as my 6 month old won't sleep much without being wrapped.

however tight I wrap her she gets her arms up near her head and the wrap ends up crossing over her face from time to time.

Is this dangerous? Its cotton so its breathable but I'm worried sick she will suffocate herself.

Does this happen to anyone else when they wrap?

Sorry I am replying to your post so late, I only just saw it!

My DD does the very same thing.. infact she has taken to sleeping on her tummy now and having one hand with the wrap over it right on her nose!!

I used to worry she wasn't able to breathe, but I have a sensor pad under her mattress and so far it hasn't gone off, thankfully. I figure she can breathe..

I think bubs around 6 months have enough hand control to be able to move it away from their faces if they can't breathe..

I don't know how you can stop her from doing it, either! Sorry :(
