I have bought fresh chicken tenderloins and i would like to make a healthy meal with them, i know there is very little fat in chicken anyway but i would like to put breadcrumbs on them, i am terrible in the kitchen i think i need to dip them in egg first to make them stick but i would also like to make them tasty as well, what else can i add to the breadcrumbs to do this, i dont want anything to spicy as the children wont eat them, and anything i add needs to be low fat.
thanks for any advice.

coat them in flour then egg then your bread crumbs :)
I usually put either a mix of herbs in the breadcrumb mix otherwise for something different parmasen cheese is nice as well

I use cornflake crumbs instead of bread crumbs. you can buy it in boxes in the same area as the bread crumbs. I dip the chicken milk and then in the cornflake crumbs. It has more of a taste to it than breadcrumbs do.

Usually it's flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Sometimes I skip the flour, it still works out ok.
How about some parmesan cheese in the breadcrumbs. Or dried herbs...can't think of anything else atm.

If you use fresh breadcrumbs, they're much nicer IMO.
You just cut the crusts off some bread, break the crust-less slices into little pieces and then put them in a food processor/blender and make crumbs. You can add some fresh herbs too or some cheese.
The way you do it coat in flour, coat in egg, then coat in crumbs. This is how they do it in restaurants anyway (DP taught me). You PRESS the fresh crumbs into the chicken though, not just dip the chicken in them.
Healthier to put them in the oven rather than frying.
Maybe you could make a sauce for them to add more flavour? Like a creamy mustard sauce or some sweet chilli or something.
