I want to make porcupine meatballs for dinner tonight but im not really sure how to cook them.
so how do you cook it?
Do you cook the meatballs first or just throw it all in the casserole dish and put it in the oven?
How long do you cook it for?
What do you usually serve with it?
Thanks.

You just mix uncooked rice in with mince, and add any herbs if you want, then just boil them in a fry pan witha lid in some tomato soup....they are cooked when the rice is sticking out like little porcupines:)_

No, the balls are completely raw and about the size of a golf ball. By the time the rice cooks the meat is cooked too.:chef:
