q re: tummy size?

is any one else huge already? im around 10 weeks roughly cant be more than 11 but ive been thinking might only be 9 weeks and im huge already. cant remember if i was this quick with other kids really but im pretty sure i wasnt. i do get kinda huge at the the end and people will say to "how long to go" and i say "oh 8 weeks"" and they go "omg u look ready to pop". but not really in the first 6 months. my sil is preg too, 6 weeks ahead of me and she looks slimmer than b4 she got preg, cant see bubs at all. normally i have a big bum but not really much tummy. maybe a big bub but, arent all bubs the same size up to till 12 weeeks? ill try n post a pic see what u guys think. sorry long post:ecomcity:

Your belly looks cute! my belly is prob about the same(but more lower belly) im 10weeks preg aswell my tum is a little harder now aswell, however i still have a tum from my DS he is nearly 2, i never got rid of it completley as i put so much weight on with him in the end due to oedema & pre-eclampsia.On the scales i weigh the same as i did before i fell preg, fingers x i still do when i get weighed again at my next antenatal appointment.:fingerscrossed: hoping to only put on 10kilos.
you have another child don't you? how old?
they say we show quicker with each bub.

haha thats how i looked too a few weeks aga like i ate too much everyone would be just thinking id put on a few kgs, but now its starting to get obvious. even at work people r saying to me gosh u r starting to pop out, which is amazing cause i work in a cold area and im wearing a massive big freezer suit thing so u cant see anything much except peoples faces

I've managed to lose a bit of weight so far, but i feel a bit tummyish some days too. But i think sometimes its more bloat than baby. Do you notice it more after eating particular things or a certain times of the day?

i few weeks ago i did, sometimes it just felt like i had eaten too much even tho i had hardly eaten. but now it just looks like that all the time. both pics where taken in morning b4 i had eaten anything.

what a cute belly pic, mine is already big, but i never lost all the weight after having DD.
i feel bloated and my tummy feels hard especially first thing in the morning.
i didn't start showing with DD til about 5 or 6 months last time, but i already feel like im 5 months..

i will have to pull out the maternity clothes early with this one.

i am only 9 weeks preg and i am already showing i look like i am 5 months preg. there is a very stong twin gene in both sides of the family, i have my scan this weekend so i will find out soon weather there is one or 2.

Hey, that reminds me - what are the chances of one of us carrying twins? I sometimes think about it because I think I am big but then the next morning I wake up and it's ALL GONE! The little bugger's playing hide and seek with me already! :geek:

I also have twins all over both sides of my family and so does DH. I saw a psychic 4 days after I got the BFP. She told me I was pg and about to find out (had actually JUST found out). So I didn't confirm it as I am a big skeptic... so anyway, then she told me I will have 2 VERY close together and said she could see 2 car seats in the car at the same time. And at the very end she said "I know the sex of BOTH of them but they are telling me not to tell you". She actually said "they".... scary... She also said go to the very first scan where I get to see the heartbeat ASAP as there is a very big surprise for me. She said it will shock me but I will be happy. So there you go - it's out just in case my skepticism is proven wrong. I keep on disregarding it thinking it's a load of crapola but can't get it out of my head. Will update you all on 12th Dec. :babydust2:

:iagree: I'm very new in here but just wanted to add my bit as I am 12wks 3 days and boy at the end of the day do I feel bloated. I constantly snack all day to stop feeling sickly & I'm just sick of eating so I have bought some lolly pops to suck on - maybe that will help.

My tummy is fine in the morning but by the evening I am just so bloated - then I'm tired and just want to sleep. It all feels weird to me as this is my first and exciting but oh boy whats it going to be when there really is a belly there???

Noosa mum - thats funny what the physic said, wow, when is your scan - can't wait to see how that one pans out :thumbsup:.

Anyway hope you guys don't mind me joining in. Just another due in June to join in on some chatter.

they are some impressive pics there! I am hardly showing at all, if I wear a tight t-shirt you can see a little bump low down. I have lost 3kg so I have a lot of catching up to do I can see :)

hi noosamum :) thanks! I am still shocked and awed ... Apparently, you are meant to get bigger but compared to the tummy bumps I've seen in this thread I'm a lot smaller. I've only started showing a little in the last week or so. At 6 months with twins, you are around the same size as a full term singleton pregnancy!! *scared* I will take a pic and post it soon, hopefully with my 12 week scan

i feel as though i am already 6 months some days i feel really bloated and big and other days i feel thin...i know im weird.....

i have my 12 week scan on the 17th so should be able to show you all my pic.

ohh does anyone know when you can find out the sex of the baby? can you tell at 12wks or do you have to wait until the 19 - 21wk scan?

Baby is definitely asserting itself, I was worried it was just my aversion to Sara Lee Rocky Road ice cream :thumbsup:...but there seems to be a definite bump there that is not going away!

He was 10 lbs 11oz so i guess I know why. Over the weekend I was referred to by a receptionist (with me standing there) as a "heavily pregnant woman"... I thought, come back in 5 months and I'll show you heavily pregnant! Most people I meet can't believe I'm 'only' 14 weeks. Looks like it's going to be another big one... I wouldn't mind except the comments have started already and I've still got so long to go!

Hi there.. im due 4th june aswell.. my ds has just turned two!!
I was huge with him.. he weighed 7lb 3weeks early.. however i had bad oedema & pre-eclampsia in the end so i was like a puff ball..haha
I have popped out now i still had a tum from my boy..so i look bigger this time round with him i didn't show till 5 or so months.. im that size now.. hehe
Hey dont listen to other peoples comments tell them i got a healthly bub in there!! nearly 15weeks...
