Anyone using acupuncture/chinese herbs, info please!

Hello

Just wondering for those who have been getting acupuncture and using chinese herbs, did it change your cycle length at all?

I have only been receiving it for a month, and used to have alternating cycle lengths - 30 days one month, then 25/26 days the next month. It has had this pattern since at least may when i started recording AF.

I'm on the short cycle and i'm at day 28 now, no AF, but HPT 2 days ago was neg.

I haven't used these methods to TTC, but I say take another test!! Good luck.

Hi kittykatz,

I havent had that happen with mine (but mine were reasonably regular anyway). I know acupuncture is supposed to help with it - but you've only been on it a month... I would test if I were you :fingerscrossed: :babydust2:

Thanks bubfee!! I will probably test Thurs if AF hasn't shown up. FF had trouble making up its mind on my o day, but that doesn't explain why my cycle suddenly changed.

Just looked at your chart. I'm really new at this whole charting thing (I've only been doing it for the last month and a half) but it really does look promising dont you think?! The fact that your cycle has alternated in a regular pattern since May and now its being weird....I really have my :fingerscrossed: for your kittykatz!!

Thanks!! This time it feels like it is soooo close - 3 days late for AF, that never happens. But on the off chance i o'd late i'm not even due yet. :hair:
