what kind of icing will be best for a bday cake?

it will be red icing! should i just do butter icing?

An icing I use for cupcakes, cakes.
Is icing sugar blended with cream.
I look at the consistency and add more icing sugar to whip it up, plus a splash of vanilla essence.
I use food colorings so a few splashes of red would make it pretty red. :thumbsup:
You could always do a test run.... and try not to eat it all. :laughing:
