Frozen Meals

Does anyone know recipes that I can make and freeze a few portions of. Things including meat/veg/pasta/rice would be best... I totally suck at cooking and DS ends up usually having dinner from a jar because he doesn't like my cooking... He is still eating mostly mashed food...
