What time ?

Hi there,

I am just curious at what time during the day do you bath your bubs.?

tyler normally wakes up for her frist feed around 7 or 8,,, has a bit of a play then breakfast about half hour late then in the bath,,, so most days she is bath any where between 7.30 to 9....

we do have our lazy days like today she did'nt have a bath till 11.30:p

I usually bath my DD around 5pm just before dinner

Usually around 6.30 at night,then has a feed and then to bed.:)

Always in the evening - When they were small and kept different hours it was between 7 and 9pm. Once they got bigger and kept regular hours it was after dinner at around 6pm

Hi i usually bath my 2 at about 5.30-6.00ish but sometimes not til after dinner 7ish depends what we are having for dinner eg spag bog definately bath after cos they make such a mess lol :D When they were babies i used to bath them in the mornings though.

I always bath around 5-6pm just before dinner - but if we are having something like spaghetti or tacos then I bath after:p

Mickayla loves the bath so basically anytime that she is grubby, sometimes for relaxation and sometimes just to let her play with her bath buddies!

We don't really have a set routine in this household with stuff like that.

i always bath coby after dinner around 6-6.30pm...
then he has a bottle at 7 and in bed around 8!

DH baths Owen while I cook dinner, normally around 5-5.30pm. :)

We bath luca about 6.30 - 7pm after dinner. He would stick to his sheets otherwise. makes such a mess eating but has a ball doing it. :D I try to get my husband to either bath or feed him or sometimes both while I prepare our dinner. I think since I get to bond with our boy all day at home it is a nice time for them to spend together.

I bath Porsha in the morning. Usually sometime between 7-9am...that way she smells yummy all day.

I was bathing Amelia in the morning but found she had a big sleep after :sleeping: ,
So now we wait for daddy and bath her at about 5.30 - 6pm so she sleeps through our dinner time!!
Doesn't always work, it's like she smells our food and ping her little eyes are open!!!:laughing:

We have always done the bathtime before bed routine for both since birth.
DS1 had a touch of colic so we found it really relaxed him before bed.

When they were babies it would be feed (around 5.30pm), bath then bed by 7pm. Now that they are a bit older they have dinner around 6pm, then bath around 7.30 and bed by 8pm.

Our girls have a bath together, so at around 5.30pm when Mac has finished getting disgustingly filthy outside, and then Charlee has a feed at 6/6.30 then bed for her....

We don't bath that often, probably once a week (unless it's hot - then we chuck him in a few times a day because of no aircon)... but he has a shower after dinner with whoever feels like one at the time (me or DH). Then a sorbolene and rose-hip oil massage, then breastfeed then bed :) Usually dinner is over around 7ish... then the shower after that.

We used to bath him late afternoon/early evening, about 5pm but lately he hasn't been enjoying it at all - wanting to hop out 5 minutes after getting in so we have switched to morning. Now he has his bath straight ater breaky and i jump in the shower then too. He is back to loving his bath and wanting to stay in till he turns blue! This is actually better as it saves us time in the morning as I was waiting to have my shower till he went down for a sleep. That being said I think an end of the day bath is better, esp. as he gets older and grubbier throughout the day!

We bath our daughter after dinner right before bedtime at about 6:30pm

Ejs usually bathed about 8pm before bed - I find it calms her down and helps her sleep.

My kids have dinner at 5pm and then it's bath time at 6pm. They play for a while in the bath. Kyen has his milk and goes to bed at 7:30pm and ods plays for a while and snuggles with me on the couch for a while and he's in bed by 8-8:30pm depends how long his nap has been that day. A bath before bed has always relaxed both of my boys:thumbsup:

Anytime between 4 - 6.30pm. If we are running out of time she comes in the shower with me. She smells SO nice though when she has a nice bath with all her oils :D
