9 month old and frozen fish

Just curious to no if its ok to give a 9month old frozen packet fish.
We are having it for dinner and i wanted to give her some but not sure if i can yet?

Any help would be appreciated asap

:yes: As long as it's boneless, I can't see a problem. I was giving my boys fish from around 7 months.

With the forzen fish, is it crumbed?? If so, I remove the crumbing.
