Nanny experiences

Hi all,

I'm looking for nannies and mums who employ nannies to tell me some of their stories about the way they interact with each other, for an article in a national newspaper.

I'm particularly looking for info about the way the employee and employer relate to each other: are you more friends than colleagues, or do you have a very brisk, businesslike relationship? Perhaps the nanny is like one of the family, or perhaps she's an very much an employee and keeps a professional distance?

I'd like a range of experiences, good and bad, and no names or other identifying info needs to be used.
