Hello all,
I am new here and have some concerns. I am 35 and preggers with #4. I found out on 10/17 that I was 5 weeks along per say at least by the vaginal us they thought I was. I heard the heart beat at 117. The next am I woke up with terrible pain, so I went to the er, come to find out I terrible gall stones and my gall bladder was inflamed they could not wait until iwas further along so friday i had it removed along with a hernia which i had no idea I had, long story short the baby looked fine the next day, then this past friday i started with some bleeding so I went to my dr my cervix was still closed and per us babywas growing and heart beat up to the 120's. They wanted to keep my appt today with US tech to get an exact date. Well guess what still we do not have an exact date the baby seems to be growing great nothing in jeopardy.
Except that the baby is measurig at 8wks and 3 days and the sac at 6 wks 5 days and my utereus seems to be thickened more that it should be.. is this a concern? Granted we have been trying togte preggers since june I had a cycle in July but none in aug, went to the ob 9-7-07 and they put me on progestrone I did not take it imm. I waited a few weeks, then I took it on the 9th day of taking the meds I felt like I was pregger I took a test and it was positive. I had 3 very normal pregnancy with no complications except for them being a few weeks early and them still being large babies. I know have an appt with a perionatal dr on friday what concerns should I have?
