CO Form and confirmation of receipt of it.

Hey, just wondering how long after posting off the CO form do you get some kind of acknowledgement of receipt of it?

No I never got anything in the mail. I never heard from them. I called them up recently and checked that it had all gone through.

Call Medicare and ask them to put you through to the Immunisation Register, ask them there.

Oh ok. I'll do that. I guess I would have heard from them now to find out why she's not up to date...
