I would consult your Dr before self diagnosing yourself when pregnant.

Hope you get some answers.

Anaemic symptoms can often be a number of other things. I have been severly anaemic all my life, and have regular blood transfusions, as well as taking iron supplements.
I can only recommend actually speaking to your OB and requesting a simple test and in the mean time eating some dark green leafy veg, and red meat (well cooked for bubs).
Dont drink things like tea or softdrink before meals as this can block your iron intake.

A Big steak / mushrooms / dark green leafy veges like spinach all contain iron. Your body absorbs iron best when you have it with Vitamin C - so a big orange juice with your meal will help.

Some pregnancy supplements contain iron, but you can also buy iron tablet from the chemists if you need it.

You should get a blood test to check your iron levels before taking extra iron tablets, as too much iron can be bad too.

Definitely go to your GP to get it checked.
