I thought i would start a show off thread for our lovely creations.

DS pooped in it as soon as i put it on him:rolleyes:

Forget to get a photo of DS in the one I made ... it's currently drying and DS is sleeping .... so I'll post my pic shortly.

Mandy your nappy looks like a great fit! :yelclap: Do you know, I came straight home after the class so eager to sew another nappy (had to work :thumbsdown: ) but after that I got straight into it and of course my overlocker decided it didn't want to participate. So haven't done anything else.

Maybe today. :fingerscrossed:

I wish! I came home had a sleep and then spent some time with DH (since we were DD free) went to the movies and off for dinner.:)
The whole time i was thinking, "gosh i really need to go to spoltlight now" and "oh i wonder what online shops would be best" "what colours do i need":o

looks like a great fit Mandy, and he looks pretty pleased with it too! glad the poo stayed in! *giggle* isn't it uncanny how they always poo in a new nappy?

I haven't taken a pic of mine yet. Fits well though!
I went and bought a new sewing machine yesterday so i can't wait till it arrives and i can make some more. I don't want to use the old one now. lol
I can't wait till the next class.

I actually rang the people I bought mine off and told them it was a piece of rubbish and they could have it back and I want my money back. :rolleyes: They weren't too happy with me and told me I'm just not threading it properly. :banghead:

So I'm re-threading it again and trying all over again. :fingerscrossed:

Elceapo no brand one ... really don't expect that much from it, just wanted something to start out with. Once I can show hubby I use it heaps it will be easy to convince him to upgrade it. :laughing:

Bec over at Pookey Pockets ran a nappy making class last Saturday .... we learn't how to make fitted nappy. Bec is running another one this week-end, but I don't know if it's full ..... give her a call .... or the post above mine if from Bec .... PM her. :thumbsup:
