Ok I am enlisting the help of you ladies....About 4 years ago I made a salad for christmas which was absolutely divine, but I cant find the recipe...It was a warm potato and pumkin salad.

Ingredients were
Chat potatoes
Pumpkin
Baby Spinach
Bean Sprouts

and it had a mustard dressing, but I dont know how I made it. I know I could buy one but I'm wanting to know if anyone has nice mustard dressing recipe....It was seeded/wholegrain mustard! Making it for tomorrow...

Anyone have any they absolutely love, and if worst comes to worst name a good one off the shelf!

Thanks guys

was it a creamy dressing or more like a vinegarette?

This is what I make....(it goes in a warm chicken and potato salad :) )

1/2 a container of sour cream
big squirt of mayonaise
french mustard to taste (I use about a tablespoon)
something green - chives or parsley.

YUM!

I was going to say - half a cup of sour cream, half a cup of natural yoghurt, mustard and something green - very similar to noosamum!

There is one that i've put on warm potato, asparagus, spinache and cherry tomato salad before. you just mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic and some whole seed mustard.

It was more creamy, rather than a vinegarette!

Thanks ladies, I ended up sending DP to get one and he grabbed the Kraft Sensations French Mustard and Honey dressing, and it tasted beautiful!

I was suprised it went down well with everyone, they all were a bit wary of it, had a little bit and loved it.... Better than the usual salads I say!

Cheers for your help!
