If you want creamy ones then deffinately make a white sauce  ...trick is though to make the white sauce a little runny but still a thick consistance so that when you put all the ingredients it and cook the whole lot in the oven the white sauce doesnt turn to thick gluggy glue.
Chicken and sweet corn with mushroom bacon and cheese is super yummy too

TO make mushroom bacon and cheese i would fry it up (i dont use oil or anything) then i would make a cheese white sauce and mix it together then sprinkle a little more cheese on top!
Mine always turn out yummy but i have to say a little onion makes them nicer :D

Instead of using white sauce you could also use carnation milk or cream...
I love Chicken and asparagus ones mmmmm

I do something a bit different with mine.
I put a bolognaise sauce (with mince etc) in them and top with a tiny bit of cheese.

I felt like improvising last week and made these. The leftover mixture made fantastic chicken mince sausage rolls the next day! :chef:
Saute some onion and garlic, add chicken mince and cook through.
Make cheese sauce and add to mince.
Add a handfull or two of chopped spinach.
Add frozen peas and/or corn if you wish.
Spooned into pastry cases and topped with a little breadcrumbs and cheese and a halved cherry tomato and baked for 20 mins
