Waiting on MCN order for over 2 weeks grrrr...

I ordered 4 mommystouch OSFA nappies, The payment cleared two weeks ago.
The colours I had ordered weren't available so I have to pick from what they have in stock.
I am still waiting 2weeks later for them to even give me pics or a list of the colours.
I have sent two emails very stern requesting them to send me the colours so I can actually pick them and they can post them out to me, but no reply.
I am really mad now because I paid $140 for the blooming nappies and not only did I not get the colour choice I wanted, but I STILL dont have my nappies, am wondering if I will ever get them:confused:
Is there anything I can do?
I wont name the company on here, but I will PM if anyone wants to know. I have ordered from them once before with no problems, but this time has been nothing but hassle.
I want a refund I can buy 4 really good nappies elsewhere for $140!!!!:banghead:

Rather than email, if possible I would contact them by phone.

There may be a problem with their email perhaps???

At least if you contact them by phone you will get an answer there and then :thumbsup:

They do have a 1800 number I will call it tomorrow, hopefully have some luck!
