Cute Tooshies and Sustainable Hemp Products! :yelclap:

I had a problem with a couple of Bamboo Delights (which I love!) and took them to Michelle to see if she knew how to fix it. Well, she got straight onto Vanessa at CT and they replaced them with brand new ones! The nappies were definitely used, they were about six months old but in a rather huge rotation, so not used much! :o

I have never been able to fault their service, it is second to none in my opinion. I asked if they could just fix them instead (I felt a bit bad taking new nappies), but she insisted I kept them.

A very happy customer here. :D

I have too agree with you.

Michelle is lovely, she always makes me feel like I'm her number one customer...that little loveheart she does after her name when she signs my invoice, I'm sure she only does that for me LOL

She has always been very helpful and friendly, yep she wins the award for te best service!

That reminds me I have to get back to her and give her a review on my new 'daysies' fitted nappy...:)

Erm, no sorry to tell you this: I am her number one customer! :p

If anyone lives near by you guys should pop in to visit her, she is definitely one of the most lovely people I have ever met, cloth nappy world or not. :D

Yep, sorry, I get the love heart too. Looks like there are no winners in the "Michelle loves me most" contest.

Oh, I once got an email wishing me "love and happy wishes for an amazing birthing experience" has she done that for any of you??

As a business owner myself, I'd also like to add that Michelle and Vanessa are my heroes - they exemplify all the best qualities of work-at-home mums! And I'm very proud to know them and do business with them.
