 Hi Guys
Just wondering if there are any parents out there who are around this age group and have younger kids.
I have a 3yo and a 6 month old and would love to meet some other fun mums/ parents with kid/s around same age.

Hi mummybl,
You are northern GC. We started in upper coomera but are now in Maudsland. (still northern corridor though).
I have 4 kids aged 16, 15, 12 and 1 and we found out yesterday our new playmate for our little guy is actually 2 playmates.
I am currently having heart failure still  but everyone else thinks it's fantastic.
I certainly never imagined myself as a mum of 6:rolleyes:
All I can say is lucky DH had the snip when we found out we were expecting again:D

Hi di_matt,

Thanks for the geography lesson, should have listened more in school i suppose...lol....

Congrats on the twins, when i found out i was preggers with my now 2 yr old we hoped it would be twins, but now i'm not sure if i could have done it...Are your older kids a good help..they'll have to be now.

When we first decided to move here i looked at a house in Maudsland it seems like a nice area.

Lets organise a get together. Any suggestions.

Hi there

Saw this thread and thought I'd say hello. Always nice to chat to others in the area - and yes, I am in the over 30's group too...

Di-matt.... Does that mean you are pregnant with twins???? Exciting - but I would be a little beside myself if I have it right.

My little treasure - Ellery is 8 months old. She is our only child - and it was a shock at first, but both DP and I are getting better. I am enjoying being a SAHM. We currently live at Broadbeach - but on the move in mid-January to Coomera waters... We were hoping to be there before xmas, but isn't going to happen, so we are in 'the hub' once again for schoolies week... (YUKKO....) We aren't right on the strip, but we still get the occassional 'turd' come past and the weekend drunks.. ha ha

Love to chat with you on here heaps more and get to know you and your little beautifuls....

Hi
We are in Ormeau too (there are a few of us on here in Bubhub land from Ormeau). Was going to organise another meet at my house either next week or the following. I only can't do the 19th and the 27th so anytime apart from that. Let me know if you're interested and what day's suit.

Hi Marcia, I see our boys were born on the same day! Where did you have Luke?
I'd love to be included if you have another meet, Mondays are the best day for me but can make a plan on most other days.
Thought I better add that I have family arriving from NZ in 2 wks so won't be available then for a week.

Jo,
Luke was born up at RBWH. What a drama!!!
Hey, you're not another kiwi are you? We've been here since Feb 06, so nearly 2 years. My Nan is coming over for 3 weeks on 15th Dec. It seems to be a busy time for us kiwis with family visiting. How bout Monday 26th?

Sounds like alot of people are living up the north end of the coast. Being at Ashmore I'm easy when it comes to catching up at different places.
Hope to meet most of you on the 26th.

Hi Girls,

Im a little troubled, Im not sure whether I fit in here. Im at the age I am stuck in the middle.

I am 29 soon to be 30, I always meet up with young girlies and feel too old.!!!

What can I do!!???

I have a 9 month old little girl, she is a star. Hoping to try for another next year sometime! Hoping for a little boy. But hubby says we will have another girl. He was right on this one and right with the labour. He said to me on the Friday morning, she will be here this weekend. A week before she was due. He said, it will start today (being Friday). He was listening to a song at work on the radio it was "pleased to meet you" by the rolling stones when I phoned him to ask what time he was thinking of coming home as It had all kicked off. Was really spooky as the same song was playing on the radio in the car when we got picked up from the hospital to go home!!!

Anyway:ecomcity::ecomcity::ecomcity::ecomcity::eco mcity::ecomcity:
Had a bit of a yarn there sorry.

Oh ps I live in Upper Coomera too!
