need to use up some pineapple juice, ideas please!

Anyone got a recipe that uses pineapple juice?? I have 3 litres of the stuff, opened, that we willnever just drink before it goes off.

What about pineapple jelly? Just get some gelitine and add it to the jiuce the way you would make jelly or make ice cubes or ice blocks.

Actually pineapple prevents jelly from setting so I'm not sure how you would go making jelly out of the juice.

You could make icypoles if you have the freezer moulds with the handles in them.

use the juice as the sauce and thicken with a little cornflour.
You could put in any chicken or pork dish in place of stock or water.

I have no idea - you could have had 3 kgms of pineapple - I could have helped with that one :D
