I cooked up some bacon for a recipe on Sunday midmorning, but didn't end up using it. Would it be ok to use in tonight's dinner?

I'd say yes, as long as it isnt slimy or smelly.

If you are adding it to a dish, like spag bol then i would.

I say yes. I have a 48hr rule when it comes to left overs. Past today I wouldnt use it.

Yeah, yum! I am putting it on pizza. I ate a piece an dit smells, looks adn tastes fine, but I am pretty clueless with meat related leftovers as I rarely have them. Thanks all, if we a reall sick tonight, watch out!! LOL
