Hi there
I have a very unsettled 4 week old that I am at the stage of trying anything to help her out.
It has been suggested in other threads that a chiropractor might help her.
Does anyone have any experience with one in brissy that might deal with little babies at all that they could recommend?????
Any help would be fantastic..
There is a chiropractor in Windsor that specialises in babies, not sure of the name of the practice.
Personally I'd look at an Osteopath. More gentle and suited to babies/children imo. Take a more holistic approach, treating the whole body and not just where the pain is.
Dd2 saw an Osteopath (a specialised head Osteo: Cranio Sacral Osteopath) for about 6 months. She worked wonders and I just can't recommend them enough.

I take my daughter to Lifespan Chiropractic Centre in Redcliffe. We had so much trouble with her when she was born, she suffered from terrible reflux and after medication that didn't work and a few months of me becoming more and more depressed I finally convinced my husband we had to give chiro a try. I was at the stage that I was sitting on the couch holding her all day because if I put her down she would scream non stop.
Dr Jessica Walker completely changed our lives. From the first visit we saw a dramatic change in Zara. I would urge you to see a chiro, whichever you choose....I believe so strongly in the benefits. Jess is very gentle with bubbies, there is no back cracking etc. She has a holistic approach also, believing that treatment not only helps pain but also general wellness. We take Zara if she has a cold now or is sick, Jess is just fantastic.
Her number if you want it is 3283 7887 and we just went in and had a chat to her...there was no obligation to go back. Good luck with whatever you choose to do!
Sorry, I just read that back and it sounds like one of those infomercials you see on telly at 3 in the morning! I just believe so strongly and hope that by telling our story we can help someone else!

We took DD1 to Dr Brynan Thomas on Station Road at Buroengary. She had terrible wind and reflux issues, but we noticed a major improvement after the 1st visit. I remember the 2nd visit not 3 seconds after he had adjusted her she let rip with the most massive fart ever.
Good luck with your search and I hope you get the results you are hoping for

Windsor Chiropractic Clinic :)
I go there twice a week and he is AWESOME. He specialises in pregnancy, babies and children and does amazing things. My 3 year old comes to each appointment with me an Allan has a fantastic way with children (the walls of the practice are covered with photos of all the babies and children he treats).
Anyway, would highly recommend him. I have seen a few Chiros that are good, but happily drive from the other side of Brissy to go to Windsor because he is THAT good :)
If you are after his details, just google the clinic name... if you can't find it, PM me and I will send it to you.
