I'm going to make a big stash of my own cloth pads.
I'm interested in trying out the menstrual cups more then anything.
If anyone has some links I could check out, if you have time please pm me, I'd love to take a look and figure out which ones will work for me best.

My issewes are I have a very heavy flow, too heavy infact. Can't stand it! So sick of using tampons and drenching a regular tampon in 30 minutes.

How often do you need to change your menstrual cups, how do you go about changing them when in public? Do you just run out bare bottomed naked and rinse it out in the sink?
Or is that totally wrong...
