Ok I have some ingredients for a stir fry but no idea how to make it.
I have:
Chicken Breast - 3 large
broccoli
snow peas
capsicum
spring onion
garlic ginger
oyster sauce
soy suace
cashews
sesame seeds
parsley
Can I do anything with this?
Easy! Mix the liquids together (keep tasting as to how much of each) add to the meat. Put a tad oil in a hot wok/frypan, add the meat and cook quickly. Remove meat, add vegies and stirfry for a few mins then return meat voila!

ok this is what i'd do...
Slice the chicken into either chunks or slices
mix together
garlic ginger
oyster sauce
soy suace maybe add a little garlic
put the chicken in a bag and pour the sauce in and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
chop up your vegies and get them ready while your waiting.
when the chicken has marinated pour a tablespoon of oil in wok or frying pan and make sure its hot then add chicken and fry until golden. chuck in the vegies and cook until tender.
Add the cashews about 2-5mins before you finish.
Serve with some rice or on its own and sprinkle the seames seeds. and add finely chopped parsley.
yummo sounds nice!:chef:
ps you wouldn't need that much chicken i don't think and save a little sauce to mix in with the vegies when they are cooking

ok...I'm not the best chef but here is what I would do. Prepare all the ingredients first. So chop brocoli into small florets, slice capsicun thinly and spring onion...I would only use 1.5 to 2 chicken breast...but depends how many u cooking for.
First I would fry up my spring onions, ginger and garlic in a wok on a med to high heat...remove from wok..then stirfry vegies putting in the ones that will take longest first or individually if u like.
so capsicun then add broccoli after a min or 2..then cashews, then snow peas then remove vegies from wok... put in sliced/ diced chicken and stirfry (u may want to do this in batches so they dont stew in their own juice, say 2 or 3).
Once chicken cooked through add vegies back..add soy sauce (I do it to taste, maybe add 1/4 cup)..add oyster sauce (again to taste but maybe start with 1 Tablespoon at a time u dont need too much of this). Just taste and add more to your liking.
If u wanted to use sesame seeds u could toast these in the oven and sprinkle over at the end...serve with rice and yummo!
Hope this makes sense...

Mince the garlic, and slice the garlic really thinly.
Chop the vegies and chicken into bite sized pieces - keep everything seperate though.
Fry garlic and ginger and sesame seeds off in a little oil for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken, and fry until golden brown. Add vegies as needed - the ones that will take longer to cook, add first, ie onion first, then broccoli, snow peas and capsicum last - you don't want to be cooking them for more than about 4 minutes...
Add a tablespoon or so each of the oyster sauce and the soy sauce, then throw in your cashews and parsley and voila - you're done :D

yeah i did actually! i can't quite believe that myself! I think i have watched to many cook shows!!! If only i could cook like that!!
Cut your chicken into strips or bite size chunks. Cut your capsicum into strips and chop your brocolli into florets. Par boil the florets in the microwave if you have one, or don't bother and have it a bit crunchy. Cut your spring onion into short lengths. Chop your garlic into little bits, and grate your ginger.
Place your sesame seends and cashews in a dry pan and toast them lightly to bring out the flavours.
Heat your wok with some oil in it until the oil is very hot. Plonk in the chicken and stir it around till sealed looking. Drain it on a plate with some paper towel.
Put the capsicuma nd broc in and stir fry them awhile. Add garlic and ginger and stir that too. Add a slurp of the different sauces and keep stirring. Put the chicken back in and stir, add spring onion. Add your snow peas. When it looks done trhow in your sesame seeds and cashews and stir them through and voila!
Sounds nice! Enjoy your dinner!
LOL took me so long to write with dealing with the kids you have other replies now too- they all sound good. LOL

If you happen to have a tin of coconut milk in the cupboard (or suggestion for a future noodle dish), can I suggest cooking dry noodles in a half/half mix of coconut milk and vegatable or chicken stock.
They are delicious with a chicken/ginger stir fry.
You can then use the coconut/stock mixture for a soup the next day with some prawns and bak choy or broccolli or whatever really.
