Aww Kelly:hugs: :hugs:

First thing in the morning get onto Legal Aid hun. Let them know the situation and they can advise you of exactly what can be organised and how to go about it. The hard part is going to be setting up a parenting agreement between the two of you that he is going to be willing to sign as it sounds as if he is going to make it difficult. In that agreement you can state that you want the visits to be supervised for a while until he agrees to get help and get a decent place etc. If he refuses mediation and wont sign the agreement, it will go to court then where you can apply for all this and they will set up what they think is in bubs best interests visitation wise, but will also take into account your concerns.

Take care hun, we are always here if you need a chat or break

Hi KR. You need to speak to a Family Law Solictior asap. Depending on your finances you may be eligible for legal aid.
If you feel he is irresponsible just deny access until the solicitors can sort it out. Good luck.
