Hi :)

I was wondering if anyone else has felt sicker the second time around? I had barely any morning sickness with DD, it was a bit of a breese really

This time, i'm dog tired almost all the time and feel queesy half the day.

Does anyone have any tips or advice? could something go wrong or is this just normal?

thanks in advance :)

Yes yes yes!!

I felt fantastic with DD1 but with DD2 it was a whole different kettle of fish!!

I was tired all the time, I had all sorts of cramps and pains, fluid retention, achy back and joints, couldn't eat meat, couldn't stand the smell of most foods - you get the picture...

All was fine when she was born. I put it down to different baby, different feelings!!

It was the same with me. With my 1st I felt sick most of the time but only vomited a few times. With my 2nd it was much worse I got so sick I was hospitalized 3 times as I could not even keep down water.
I think what makes it harder is that you are looking after an other child while being pregnant.
Good luck I hope it settles down soon and you get lots of rest

well, sorry you both felt dodgy too  but it's comforting to know that it's normal!

thanks :)

With my first I felt great! The only thing that bothered me throughout the pregnancy was the weight gain. I didn't have any morning sickness or fatigue.

With this pregnancy so far I've been really nauseated and tired!!

All I wanna do everyday is eat, play on the computer and sleep! :crying:

Me too....being pregnant with dd was great, i never felt better in my life and had no symptoms whatssoever, but this time i feel terrible...I am constantly tired and dizzy and have had nearly every symptom, Im hoping the difference means this is a boy but i dont find out until next week (yay!!)

I had 2 other theorys too, With dd i worked full time till the end so didnt have time too think or worry, but now am a SAHM

and also with dd if i was tired i slept but this time i have a toddler wanting all my attention and buggering me out even more!!

Same with me, 1st pg had virtually no m/s at all. This time I felt like utter c**p for about a month. Each pregnancy is different I guess.

You shouldn't worry about there being anything wrong, though, all the evidence points to the more m/s you have, the less the risk of miscarriage!

I was sick with DS until about 16 weeks But with DD extreme m/s straight all day every day until 28 weeks and then back again on & off from 31 weeks  .

But this has not deterred me ;) .
