The best things about being pregnant

because im getting so impatient, and because its easy to focus on the bad things that can happen to us...


I thought it would be fun to start a thread about all the good things about being pregnant...

so here goes...

one thing i love about being pregnant is not getting my period for 9 whole months woo hoo! (im not holding my breath about not getting it while im b'feeding as my mum got hers 6 weeks after giving birth to me and my brothers)

but im sure as hell enjoying not getting it now!!!

Yeah no period, that was great!!

I also liked noticing when bubs would move to a certain noise or voice, it was like getting to know who they are before they were even born (their likes and dislikes lol) that was great for bonding.

haha, this is a guud idea!!

i love how everyone thinks they hav to b extra special to yuu becoz yuur pregnant, giving yuu an extra serving of food, giving yuu their seat on the bus, carrying yuur bags for yuu, making yuu something just for yuu etc

I love that my DH still gets me breakfast in bed everyday (he started doing it when I was m/s in first trimester) and makes the kids brekky on the mornings that they wake up early.

I love my DH!!!

What i love being pregnant is im actually growing our baby inside me, im looking after it, its body has formed in me and its alive because of me. :)

I love the kicking and the movements, of course not having a period - never miss those, not worrying that your belly sticks out (haha always had to worry about that before)

Chelle - your DH must be a gorgeous man doing that for you, tho my DF will do the cooking/cleaning up if i am feeling knackered.

The best thing about being pregnant for me is knowing that i'm carrying a little baby inside of me!

I love knowing that there is life growing inside of me, I love knowing that the little life was created by DH and I out of love. I love feeling all those little movements even if they do keep me awake at night.

I just love everything about being pregnant :D

Hey,

What I love the most about being pregnant is not having a period for 9 months and not looking forward having them again.

I love the feeling that i have a little bub inside me.

I love the feeling of bub moving and kicking inside of me. It is a excellent feeling and letting you know that they are alive and saying hello mum.

At the moment bub is responding to Joshua's little voice. when Joshua starts talking or playing with some certain toy bub wakes up and starts moving around.

Laying on the couch, getting a twinge and seeing the WHOLE belly move because bub is alive and well.

Huge warm and fuzzies and massive grins!!

Going to bed and having bub "fight" with the mattress!

Sitting at my desk at work and bub kicking the desk out of the way!!
