Hi,
I am currently 24 weeks. In 20th week they found out that my baby boy's
gallbladder is prominent.Everything else are perfect. No soft markers
for aneuplodies and my blood work is 1/2900 for DS and 1/44,400 for
Trisomy 18.They didn't suggest me an amnio.But i became nervous.They sent me
to maternal/fetal expert and he also confirmed,no other markers and
his growth is perfect. But this internet is scaring me with horrible
things like connection between Chromosomal Anamolies and gallbladder. Is it
true?.Probably it may be a normal variant. But does he need a surgery
after he is born.If so how soon. Please answer the question and give me
peace for the rest of my pregnancy.I insisted a follow up US on 30 week.
Waiting for somebody who could give some peace
