the place in malaga i went to see and i think that will be the place for me, altho i am going back on Friday to the kalamunda one
malaga one is alot lighter, organized,,,, it's all more 'professional' nice entrance, cream walls and wooden floors,,,,
im not sore this morning, but i highly doubt i did enough to work anything, didnt really feel supported enough to push myself
i have the roster for the malaga studio and i will try and post that up today

hi jasmine,
yeah i think the malaga one sounds like what i am looking for.. i think last nights was good but it wasnt as professional as i would have liked. I just didnt get that 'feeling" from the instructor also.
Lastnight we actually started at 7pm as she called us and changed the time (brought it forward..) and she also did not charge us anything as she said all introductary lessons are free, so i was a bit suprised when she charged you lol.
but yeah, i def liked the pole dancing and will have a look at the malaga one.. hopefully the timetable is good so i can go lol
love dannii

yeah i didnt really think it was as put together as i would have liked
im not fussed about paying for it, i was expecting that, but you guys had started early and we ended a hr early????????????????? hmmmmm......
mind due i dont think we were really doing what she was wanting us to do lol
anyways, i've just looked into getting a pole for home, and brought a dvd, and i think im going to go to the kaluamda one once more and then that's the last of it there.
the malaga one is great

I go to she moves in joondalup, really professional, great instructors, have a really good website, going upside down is not easy took me a while some people pick it up straight away but it took me ages to get upside down, I love it, my upper body strength is great and is a really good ab workout

i couldn't even get half way to getting up side down,
i found it really hard just thinking where to put my hands, but i know it will click one day
i nearly brought a pole last night, went for $25 dollars over my final bid ending at $350 on eBay... thought we could do mum and bub coffees and have turns spinning around the lounge lol
anyways, it's great to be doing something different

thanks kelly - i might have to do a day class as i struggle to get babysitters at night - unless your babysitter wants to do double duty haha
but im definatly gonna try it out - would impress the fella i reckon who always complains about my lack of raunchy enthusiasm :shame:
and i would love to come round and practise with ya - will get back to ya when i have a babysitter organised, heath is going to work on the mines in a few weeks so might be able to squeeze some night classes in before he goes... :fingerscrossed:

: just be aware this pole would be no good for more advanced pole moves if you read the advert it says at the bottom it is not a professional pole and to only be used for the exercises shown,
I still ive in heathridge Tyla goes into daycare a few days a week for a few hrs, usually thursday and friday but i can put her in other days if I want just need a bit of warning so i can book it in.
